We Ship Worldwide
Orders ship out via USPS First Class or USPS Media Mail (within the United States) depending on size and weight. International shipments for paperbacks are typically routed to print partners in countries closest to their destination.

Once your order ships, an email notification will be sent with available tracking information. Please note that for orders shipped to addresses outside the United States, tracking updates may be limited to activity within the Unites States only. For additional information about your delivery, please visit USPS at Not a Cult cannot provide any additional information about your order once the item has shipped. Any inquires should be addressed to USPS and/or your local postal service.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Returned Mail
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, returned, or damaged mail.

Attempted Deliveries
Not a Cult is not responsible for attempted deliveries that result in your package being returned. Please use the supplied tracking number to stay informed about the delivery of your package. You must contact your local post office as soon as possible to reschedule any missed deliveries, or they will return the package and new shipping charges will be incurred.

International Customs, Fees, and Taxes
Any and all custom fees imposed by your local post office or government must be paid by the customer. Not a Cult is not responsible for any packages that are returned due to unpaid custom fees or taxes imposed by non-US countries.


Orders are processed immediately and generally ship out within 24-72 hours. You will receive an email notification once your package ships. 

Canceling Orders 
You may cancel your order at any time prior to it being fulfilled. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been fulfilled.

Returns & Exchanges 
All sales final. Please read item descriptions carefully. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
