Orders are processed within a business day of the order being placed, and generally arrive in 2-3 business days within the U.S., and around 10 business days abroad.

Once your order ships, an email notification will be sent with available tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Returned Mail
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, returned, or damaged mail.

Attempted Deliveries
Not a Cult is not responsible for attempted deliveries that result in your package being returned. Please use the supplied tracking number to stay informed about the delivery of your package. You must contact your local post office as soon as possible to reschedule any missed deliveries, or they will return the package.

International Customs, Fees, and Taxes
Any and all custom fees imposed by your local post office or government must be paid by the customer. Not a Cult is not responsible for any packages that are returned due to unpaid custom fees or taxes imposed by non-US countries.

Canceling Orders 
You may cancel your order at any time prior to it being fulfilled. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been fulfilled.
